Magic mud can be used in two ways. It can be mixed with water into a paste (blender works great for this) and applied directly to the body before a bath for more intense relief OR you can simply add 1 cup to the bath as-is, breaking up any clumps that form by hand.
You'll feel a slight tingling sensation as the ginger stimulates your sensory nerves and magic mud increases circulation. Make sure to drink lots of water and stay in the bath for no longer than 20 minutes. Finish with a rinse and towel dry
Can I use magic mud while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend checking with your health care provider before using magic mud while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
We recommend the less intense method of mixing magic mud into your bath water if you have sensitive skin.

Why is magic mud so effective?
Blood stagnation and inadequate blood flow have long been considered major contributing factors to PMS, PMDD, pain, bloating, headaches and other menstrual related discomforts. Magic mud naturally increases circulation and improves blood flow by reducing inflammation and increasing body temperature.
