So good I dashed from the tub to right this review...

Okay, so - I was definitely skeptical but I am deeply impressed with this product. For context I have suspected endo and typically rely on a combo of 1 Naproxen and 2 extra-strength tylenol for days 1 and 2 of my cycle (sometimes 3 and 4 - 4 days total) to have relief from cramping.

I started using the cramp cream months ago (which has helped me significantly cut back my med reliance) and so ordered this to see as baths often take about 20 minutes for me at the very least to feel relief.

It says 1 teaspoon, I admit I just eyeballed it so I likely did more than that but holy - it kicked it straight away. What I love about somedays products in particular is you don't get that weird rub a535 feeling, you just notice all of a sudden the pain is gone and you weren't even phased.

Now I'm about 30 minutes out of the tub and for day 2 of my cycle, I'm geniunely impressed that I am on no meds (I risked it to see how it'd work) and I have mild enough cramps that I think a heating pad should do and they should pass. Halle-freaking-luah!

Truly, thank you to Somedays for providing products that are reasonably priced, accessible, and disrupt this f**ked system of care we have for folks who menstruate. I am literally getting my body back because of you (and my whole care team that deserve a shout out).

    Immediate relief

I got this yesterday and experience chronic pain in my ankles and feet, as well as digestive issues. I took a bath with it last night and immediately felt better. My stomach pain receded and my ankles and feet felt SO much better. I can't even believe it, I will be trying it again in a couple days.

    Almost magical...

I will be honest in that I was not anticipating the level of pain relief I got in using Hot Spell. I'm a competitive figure skater and have been training at a higher level for upcoming competition, meaning I'm sore regularly. After a 20 minute soak, I have never felt so much muscle relief (not even with a topical muscle cream) and loved the tingle of ginger! I slept like a ROCK that evening and woke up STILL feeling muscle relief. 12/10 would recommend to anyone who is active or struggles with pain (period or otherwise) - I can't wait to try this while I'm menstruating as well!! Thank you thank you thank you!
