I had pain that was so hard to experience and handle before using your products. Usually I endure pain for 4-5 days before getting some relief and I cannot take anti inflammatory pills because I'm allergic. YOU ARE LIFESAVER I only felt pain the first 2 days and it was reduce to the minimum with the cramp cream and heated bag. Now I feel able to be a women without cursing my periods and gender for 7-8 days.

I cant speak for the castor oil part yet because I am on my ma’i currently…but the heat pack!!! Oh em gee. 5 stars for that alone. I should have bought like 6 haha pain cream wasnt anything special for me sadly, had high hopes for it but for me, no major shift in discomfort. Will continue to use!
