    Must have!

I already drink raspberry leaf daily, but wanted something a bit more for my period and this helped so much. Bloating was much better and cramps were diminished too. I'll keep this in the rotation!

    A regular during period time

I drink a cup of it every morning during my period because it helps me through the day and makes the whole thing more bearable. I think about mixing it with juice or something like that, but haven't had the best idea yet (I struggle with drinking enough as is...).

    This replaced coffee for me!

This has become my daily morning ritual as a result of how lovely this tea is.

A committed, daily latte drinking has given up caffeine and dairy without even thinking about.

I simply started reaching for this in the morning over the bag of beans.

    Yummy

Just as I hoped it would be. I made it iced with vanilla syrup and hot with honey too. It helped when I woke up feeling nauseous.
