Apply Belly Jelly liberally to your belly focusing on the lower belly where your uterus is, and under your right rib cage where your liver is. Wrap your Belly Wrap around your abdomen the way you would wrap a towel. This traps the heat to help absorption and protects your heat pad and clothes from the jelly. Place warm Flaxseed Heat Pad over the wrap to help absorption and increase circulation. Relax for 30-45 min. When you’re done, store your belly wrap in an air-tight container. It can be used about 30 times before you toss it. Repeat for 30 days. If you have heavy periods - skip treatment for the days you’re bleeding. Using castor oil while menstruating can increase bleeding.

Love that its Canadian
Endometriosis is very painful this cream helped tremendously. I did not have to take as many painkillers that i usually do to get through my period. This was worth trying because it works well! I would defiantly recommend and order again. Thanks for a really good product.

Definitely would get again
I have pretty bad cramps ever since I was a teen and I mean have gone to the ER type bad. I’m not going to lie I didn’t think this cream was going to work but I was desperate. I’m at university and I don’t have time for bad period cramps so I bought this cream and when I tell you it works!! It does take about 20ish mins to kick in if my cramps are already in full swing but I noticed that if I apply it when my period starts and consistency for the first day it really helps and I don’t really cramp. This creams a life saver and I will be purchasing again!!

I am a man
I am a man with a lot of arthritis pain in the hip. Until now I was using a lot of arthritis pain pills. But since I use my girlfriend cramp creme, I bought a bottle for myself and It‘s magical, the pain go away instantly . I highly recommend this product for inflamatory pain.
