Apply Belly Jelly liberally to your belly focusing on the lower belly where your uterus is, and under your right rib cage where your liver is. Wrap your Belly Wrap around your abdomen the way you would wrap a towel. This traps the heat to help absorption and protects your heat pad and clothes from the jelly. Place warm Flaxseed Heat Pad over the wrap to help absorption and increase circulation. Relax for 30-45 min. When you’re done, store your belly wrap in an air-tight container. It can be used about 30 times before you toss it. Repeat for 30 days. If you have heavy periods - skip treatment for the days you’re bleeding. Using castor oil while menstruating can increase bleeding.

I love this product - it’s very helpful for general aches and muscle tension. I love that it can also be used (externally of course) as much as needed. The pump bottle is also great for getting the perfect amount every time
