Apply Belly Jelly liberally to your belly focusing on the lower belly where your uterus is, and under your right rib cage where your liver is. Wrap your Belly Wrap around your abdomen the way you would wrap a towel. This traps the heat to help absorption and protects your heat pad and clothes from the jelly. Place warm Flaxseed Heat Pad over the wrap to help absorption and increase circulation. Relax for 30-45 min. When you’re done, store your belly wrap in an air-tight container. It can be used about 30 times before you toss it. Repeat for 30 days. If you have heavy periods - skip treatment for the days you’re bleeding. Using castor oil while menstruating can increase bleeding.

Very happy with it. Got the sampler - loved it. So I bought 2 80ml containers. It’s so good for releasing tension and cramping without dosing me with drugs that affect my mental state or cause other problems. I even use it for jaw tension!

It works!
I have endometriosis so I can’t say it takes all the pain away but I have avoided nsaids so many times in the past weeks using this! Appreciate these women who are actually doing something for us without pharmaceuticals <3
