Apply Belly Jelly liberally to your belly focusing on the lower belly where your uterus is, and under your right rib cage where your liver is. Wrap your Belly Wrap around your abdomen the way you would wrap a towel. This traps the heat to help absorption and protects your heat pad and clothes from the jelly. Place warm Flaxseed Heat Pad over the wrap to help absorption and increase circulation. Relax for 30-45 min. When you’re done, store your belly wrap in an air-tight container. It can be used about 30 times before you toss it. Repeat for 30 days. If you have heavy periods - skip treatment for the days you’re bleeding. Using castor oil while menstruating can increase bleeding.

I don't know how I ever lived without Cramp Cream! After trying all sorts of prescription and OTC topicals for my endometriosis, period, and other muscle & joint pain, Cramp Cream won by a landslide. I never leave my house without it, and the scent of it instantly calms me while applying it--knowing pain relief is coming soon.

I’m so impressed
I am currently having cramps right as I type this and omg I swear this is no joke. I never write reviews but as a girl who has suffered with awful awful cramps her whole life I can promise this won’t disappoint u. I have no idea how this works so well but it’s so instant it just like relaxes me too!! I had awful cramps like 3 minutes ago and now they’re like actually gone. It’s my reminder to buy some more!
