Apply Belly Jelly liberally to your belly focusing on the lower belly where your uterus is, and under your right rib cage where your liver is. Wrap your Belly Wrap around your abdomen the way you would wrap a towel. This traps the heat to help absorption and protects your heat pad and clothes from the jelly. Place warm Flaxseed Heat Pad over the wrap to help absorption and increase circulation. Relax for 30-45 min. When you’re done, store your belly wrap in an air-tight container. It can be used about 30 times before you toss it. Repeat for 30 days. If you have heavy periods - skip treatment for the days you’re bleeding. Using castor oil while menstruating can increase bleeding.

I am so happy with this product! It has helped with my cramps and lower back pain. Its not greasy and absorbs quickly. The scent isn’t too strong (scent is stronger initially when you put it on but softens as it absorbs). It also doesn’t stain my clothes or leave a weird greasy feeling on them.
