Apply Belly Jelly liberally to your belly focusing on the lower belly where your uterus is, and under your right rib cage where your liver is. Wrap your Belly Wrap around your abdomen the way you would wrap a towel. This traps the heat to help absorption and protects your heat pad and clothes from the jelly. Place warm Flaxseed Heat Pad over the wrap to help absorption and increase circulation. Relax for 30-45 min. When you’re done, store your belly wrap in an air-tight container. It can be used about 30 times before you toss it. Repeat for 30 days. If you have heavy periods - skip treatment for the days you’re bleeding. Using castor oil while menstruating can increase bleeding.

My saving grace

I went off the BC pill about 9 months ago. Since , I have started experiencing serious cramping before and during my period. The belly balm, lotion, and heat pad have truly saved me. I finally feel like there is something I can turn to other than Advil.

Comfort in a well thought out package!

I purchased this for my daughter who has PCOS. Over the years it has been difficult watching her struggle through her very irregular cycles. The discomfort and cramping has been debilitating at times. There is only so much pain medication one can take to alleviate back pain and intense abdominal cramping. So, I decided enough was enough, and went online to explore alternative options. I came across Somedays and was immediately captivated by the more natural options and practical, non-invasive, healthier solutions this company offers. After one month of use, beginning with the castor oil wrap for one week straight, my daughter’s most recent period has been the most manageable yet. She loved the cramp cream and the pelvic heating pad; both provided some much needed relief. The tea is enjoyable, and helped to round out the treatment regiment.
