How to use
Cramp Cream
Apply generously to any external area of your body where you seek comfort. It's ideal for soothing abdominal discomfort, breast tenderness, and muscle aches in the legs and back.
Hot Spell
Add 1 teaspoon to a hot bath and soak for up to 20 minutes. Rinse and towel dry.
Microwave: remove cover and place the pad in the microwave on a plate, heating for up to 2 minutes.
Oven: preheat oven to 350F. Remove cover. Once it reaches temperature, turn off the oven and place the pad on a pan. Allow to warm in the preheated oven 12 minutes.
