I really like the castor oil pack, I do regular castor oil packs to help with fibroids/ovarian cysts, this is a nice cleaner way to do them when I don't have as much time.
The cramp cream also seems to significantly reduce my cramping and pain.

I was skeptical the castor oil packs would help my pain much but I decided to give it a shot after seeing all the good reviews. It’s my second cycle using the Belly Jelly and my PMS pain is severely reduced. I feel less congested, less bloated, and no cramps or pelvic pain 6 days before my period which is unheard of for me. My gyno was very impressed as well. This product is a God send.
