How to use
Cramp Cream
Apply generously on any (external) area of your body for instant relief. It’s great for period cramps, breast tenderness, leg, and back pain.
Hot Spell
Add 1 teaspoon to a hot bath and soak for up to 20 minutes. Rinse and towel dry.
Microwave: remove cover and place the pad in the microwave on a plate, heating for up to 2 minutes.
Oven: preheat oven to 350F. Remove cover. Once it reaches temperature, turn off the oven and place the pad on a pan. Allow to warm in the preheated oven 12 minutes.
How it works

This was my first purchase from somedays, and I thought, "there's no way it is as great as they're saying". Well, mark down today's date, because I am admitting I was wrong.
The heat pad was like a warm hug on a dark day. Plus, it's cute and personalized.
The cramp cream was like magic? I have no idea how it works, but it works. It took the edge off and I was able to at least function, which is asking a lot.
The hot spell oil is delicious and soothing.
All in all, I am extremely impressed. While I wish no one to suffer through the pain of endo, at least this little bit helps, and I will be absolutely sure to recommend somedays to everyone.

The Feel-Good Period Kit provides so much comfort and feels like a big hug. The flax seed heat pad is so big and so heavy it's like a weighted blanket hug for your pelvis. The Cramp Cream works like a dream and an all-natural solution you can feel good about using. I don't have a lovely tub to enjoy the Hot Spell in but I'm gifting it to my bff and I expect she'll use the hell out of it and love it.

Bought this kit at 2am one night in so much pain and it came like a day and a half later. I was amazed with how fast it came. Absolutely love the flax heating pad (it also smells weirdly good). Love the cramp cream, it’s sort of cooling and smells yummy, not sure how good it works but I’m giving it time :). Super excited to use the bath oil it smells so yummy and gingery :). Overall totally worth it if you’re looking to spoil yourself with self care I definitely recommend it.

Highly recommend investing in somedays products. They seem to be a great company who genuinely cares. I love the heat pad, it’s the perfect shape to cover period pains. The cramp cream is great as well, I don’t know if for my pain levels I will stop taking medications but it definitely makes my need for medication less frequent and much much more bearable. Highly recommend!
