    I love it

Nobody enjoys pain, but this little heating pad makes it more bearable.

I am writing this review with one on my belly (inside my pants). I have two and have been alternating them for the last 48 hours.

The shape is perfect; it hugs your hips, and the bottom sits in your pubic bone (the source of my pain). If you use this heating pad together with the cramp cream, it really makes a difference. I have adenomyosis and endometriosis (I got the value pack), and it is making a difference.
