I had high hopes based on all the reviews, and this product delivered amazing results. I have dysmenorrhea, and my cramps would get to a 10/10 where I was keeling over and shaking in pain. I began birth control to see if my cramps would change, and they did...bringing the pain to about 7-8/10. But I needed more! My cramps have been so bad in the past that I'm SCARED of it returning! I began fervently researching to dig deeper into non-medicinal pain relief. My cramps only got to maybe a 4/10 without Tylenol or Advil (which I always use at some point while bleeding). I have struggled with my periods since the first one at age 11. I’ve since been diagnosed with PCOS and at age 39 continue to suffer every month. I have endo & my period cramps are terrible! Sometimes so bad I cannot stand up right or even walk comfortably. I tried this cream to see how it works & so far I am not disappointed! Doesn’t get rid of them completely but it sure is helpful & I don’t have to take Motrin or Tylenol as much. I like that you can use it as often as you need. It kicks in pretty quick & no issues with my sensitive skin. Love that it’s safe to use before applying a heating pad (I prefer Warmies 🙂) The smell isn’t bad either, just wash your hands after!
