A mess-free routine

Unlike traditional castor packs, Belly Jelly is unique because of its easy application. What is typically a very sticky and oily treatment is now mess-free thanks to our convenient applicator.

Apply Belly Jelly liberally to your belly focusing on the lower belly where your uterus is, and under your right rib cage where your liver is. Wrap your Belly Wrap around your abdomen the way you would wrap a towel. This traps the heat to help absorption and protects your heat pad and clothes from the jelly. Place warm Flaxseed Heat Pad over the wrap to help absorption and increase circulation. Relax for 30-45 min. When you’re done, store your belly wrap in an air-tight container. It can be used about 30 times before you toss it. Repeat for 30 days. If you have heavy periods - skip treatment for the days you’re bleeding. Using castor oil while menstruating can increase bleeding.

I have had incredible results from using the belly jelly stick to manage stage 4 endometriosis. I have been using it for a month every 6 months and it has helped manage pain, decrease lesion sensitivity, and regulate irregular bleeding. This product has been so helpful and I am incredibly thankful for it!

Surprised me!

I have severe breast pain before and during my period, as well as a heavy period. I’ve tried all the supplements and nothing has helped. I was skeptical of castor oil but wanted to give it a try.

The first stick I received fell apart on my fourth use, but customer service was quick to send me a replacement. For the three weeks before my period, I used it nightly for 1-2 hours over my liver, with a hot pack for some of that time. And for the first time in YEARS, I had ZERO breast tenderness during PMS and my period. Cramps were also not as bad as usual (then I used the cramp cream to help with that!).

I am excited and hopeful to do another month of treatment and see how it continues to go. I do find that the Belly band is awkward to keep in place, so I will be switching to a castor oil type pack while continuing to use the Belly Jelly stick.
