How to use

Add up to one cup of Solace Soak to a warm bath and enjoy for 15 - 20 minutes. Be sure to stay hydrated and finish with a rinse and towel dry.

    Wow

    Hard for me to tell if it was simply the act of taking a bath (I don’t often), but I took three baths leading up to and during my last cycle with these salts and wow, what a difference. The least amount of discomfort I’ve really ever had. Also needed to take less medication to reduce pain and inflammation.
