Recently diagnosed/had surgery for Endo and IC, and this castor oil pack is a GAME CHANGER. I’ve been using cheap Amazon castor oil packs for about a year and while they help a bit.. they’re so annoying to use. Purchasing this, I’ve used it 5 days the last week, an hour each, with heating pad on top of the band. I’m feeling much better using this consistently when my pain flares pop up because this makes the benefits of using castor oil SO much easier!! The band to wrap around your belly is so soft, easy to use and the castor oil stick really IS mess free. The band also sits easily under clothes, unlike bigger ones with buttons or snaps. Oh and I love the pouch it came in, so cute and useful. For anyone suffering with period pain and can’t keep up with all we have to do: diet, supplements, doctors appts, PT… You need this. Because this makes this one step in the endo regimen much easier. It’s worth every penny! Can’t wait to try other products from Somedays, oh and the raspberry tea is also very soothing. This is so much easier to use than your typical castor oil. No big mess and no oily residue on the hands. The wrap is nice and light as well as stretchy and comfy fabric.
