    This replaced coffee for me!

This has become my daily morning ritual as a result of how lovely this tea is.

A committed, daily latte drinking has given up caffeine and dairy without even thinking about.

I simply started reaching for this in the morning over the bag of beans.

    Yummy

Just as I hoped it would be. I made it iced with vanilla syrup and hot with honey too. It helped when I woke up feeling nauseous.

I forgot about it until day 3 of my cycle, which happened to be my birthday. Instead of taking pills and trying to sleep through the cramps I remembered the raspberry tea and made a cup. I drank it while enjoying the rest of my cake and my cramps disappeared. Best night of sleep on my cycle. Thanks Somedays!

I’ve spent the better part of a year going to doctors for intense menstrual pain, with no answers and definitely no solutions. I can’t believe I’m even typing this, but drinking this tea along with moodshine as described (raspberry relief on period days, moodshine on all other cycle days) has had a significant impact on my pain. It took about two months to take full effect, but I literally will not be without it from now on - it’s making that much of a difference. I still have some pain on the first day or two of my period - but for the first time in my life, I would actually feel ok labeling it “normal” (some annoyance, but I can manage my tasks just fine - like just a little headache instead of a migraine). TY somedays for making me realize the pain I experienced before was absolutely not normal and not just in my head. The manifesto cards you send in your boxes kept me going in the darkest periods of this journey, I don’t know if I would have kept advocating for myself otherwise.
