Hot Spell is one of my favorite products to use during my period (and honestly, all the time). It doesn’t leave residue in the bath, so there’s nothing to clean up. It smells amazing and I’m so relaxed after.

This bath oil is a true godsend. I get killer cramps, bloating, back & leg pain and more, and my first time using this made such a huge difference. Love love love the smell too (very gingery) and slept so soundly afterwards! Definitely make sure you chug the water while you soak in the bath with this, otherwise you might get quite dizzy/faint after! 💛
