Magnesium chloride, distilled water, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil.
Add 1 teaspoon to a hot bath while the water is running and soak for up to 20 minutes. Stay hydrated and finish with a rinse.
