I bought this because I was in a lot of pain more days than I wasn't and I thought that I'd try it on the off chance that it might work and let me tell you this, I was pain free almost instantly after using the cream. A little does go a long way and im amazed by the results. I would recommend this cream to anyone suffering with cramps either from periods or other conditions like endometriosis.
I have been taking midol combined with ibuprofen (every 4/5 hours) while menstruating for the past 25 years. Nothing else worked to soothe the pain I was experiencing.
