I was in a flare up the last few days and of course my brain fog be a menace I couldn’t find it so I thought I lost it I found it last night and I literally cried I was so happy because it helps with me so much with my pain and joints and muscles being inflamed. I use to on my abdomen and my entire back I also use it on my knees sometimes. It’s the only topical cream I will use !! I have endo & my period cramps are terrible! Sometimes so bad I cannot stand up right or even walk comfortably. I tried this cream to see how it works & so far I am not disappointed! Doesn’t get rid of them completely but it sure is helpful & I don’t have to take Motrin or Tylenol as much. I like that you can use it as often as you need. It kicks in pretty quick & no issues with my sensitive skin. Love that it’s safe to use before applying a heating pad (I prefer Warmies 🙂) The smell isn’t bad either, just wash your hands after!
