Why it works

Why it works

Moodshine contains a unique blend of powerful plant ingredients proven to balance and improve the menstrual cycle while decreasing cycle-related pain. Restorative vitamins and minerals help strengthen the uterine lining, regulate and balance hormones (boosting your mood), and relax the muscles in the uterus and the bladder to prevent pain.

    So far so good

You know when you smell a product and you first thought is "yeah this is gonna be good for me"? That was my first impression of this tea. I've only used it for one cycle, but it was incredible how well my pants fit when I started my period. It did also help with my whining the week before

    SO GOOD!!!

It sounds dramatic to say but this tea is my lifeline during my luteal phase. It really does help pms symptoms like mood fluctuations and irritability, bloating, and pain. I have endo and pmdd and this has been a wonderful addition to help relieve or lessen the symptoms.
